Clint Eastwood, 90 years old – Pebble Beach, ~ $9.75 million

Clint Eastwood is a legend for a reason; besides his role as the man with no name in the Dollars Trilogy, he also became the quintessential anti-hero playing "Dirty" Harry Callahan in the eponymous series of films. Above all, he has an impressive directorial career with two Oscar-winning films.

He also served as the mayor of a town called Carmel-by-the-Sea in California for two years from 1986 and fell in love with the area. So in 1994, he bought a 6,900-square-foot home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in Pebble Beach for $3.925 million. The 4.7-acre property was listed in 2017 for $9.75 million.

Demi Lovato ($40 Million) – Los Angeles, $7 Million

Demi Lovato started working in the entertainment industry at the age of 10, and she has come a long way since then. The former Disney star now lives in sunny California, in a modern farmhouse that she quickly snapped up for $7 million.

The singer's 8,500 square feet home was built in 2020, featuring a beautiful open living area, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and an extensive smart home system. Demi can literally control her home with a touch on her smartphone! If that isn't spectacular enough, then add in the property's basement lounge and underground garage. Talk about living it up A-list style!

Dwayne Johnson ($320 Million) – Beverly Hills, $27.8 Million

Dwayne, "The Rock" Johnson, already had an impressive fortune when he was in the WWE. However, acting made his net worth larger, allowing him to move into a luxurious mansion with his growing family. In April 2021, the former wrestler was able to grab a Beverly Park estate at a jaw-dropping price of almost $28 million.

The actor's recent purchase is considered the largest property in the upscale neighborhood, measuring 3.67 acres, and it's super private. Hollywood's highest-paid actor will surely make new memories in this haven with his wife and three daughters, whom we can confidently say live life like princesses.

Sarah Palin ($8 Million) - Scottsdale, $6.2 Million

Sarah Palin has made a name for herself in the political landscape. She was the first female vice-presidential nominee on a Republican ticket, and was also the Alaskan governor from 2006 to 2009. Sadly, the veteran politician had to let go of an excellent abode situated in Scottsdale due to family reasons.

The house measures an incredible 7600 square feet, and it houses four bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's also a splendid gourmet kitchen and a negative edge pool for those summer parties. For extra bragging rights, there's also a classy collector car garage. The new owners forked $6.2 million for it, and we doubt they are complaining.

Justin Bieber ($285 Million) - Beverly Hills, $25.8 Million

The famous singer and songwriter owns at least several luxury properties, but the $25.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills is probably his biggest real estate investment yet. Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin decided to purchase the beautiful home in California in 2020.

His residence consists of seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a tennis court, gym, amazing Jacuzzi, and of course, a cinema room. His neighbors include Eddie Murphy and Sylvester Stallone. Justin and Hailey are probably enjoying every minute they spend on this estate, and we have no doubt Bieber also records new music there!

Rihanna ($400 Million) - Barbados, $22 Million

Rihanna is an icon for many people and is one of the most successful artists. In recent years her fans have been waiting for a new album, as it has been quite a long time since the last. That’s only because Rihanna is currently pursuing her entrepreneurial goals by creating a beauty empire!

Barbados is Rihanna’s birthplace, and she bought a $22 million estate there. The house is located in paradise; still, RiRi can’t stay there for a long time, as she needs to constantly be in the USA for her work. Anyway, this house is the perfect getaway from fast and crowded cities.

Brad Pitt ($300 Million) - France, $60 Million

It is not a secret that the coupledom of Brad Pitt and Anjelina Jolie was one of the most iconic ones globally, and their love story was an inspiration for many. Still, it is already history, and one of the things that were common to both was how they liked to invest in real estate.

One of the investments that they have made together was the house in France worth $60 million. It is a beautiful place with a large vineyard, chapel, and studio. Though the house's fate is not known yet, it is an excellent corner in one of the most beautiful countries.

Bruce Willis ($250 Million) - Los Angeles, $9.8 Million

Bruce Willis had estates in the west side of the USA and the east, as he spends time on both sides due to work. Yet, two years ago, he decided to settle down and decided to move to Los Angeles permanently with his wife.

The mansion is worth $9.8 million, which includes a vast indoor and outdoor area, with a sauna, pool, garden, etc. Bruce and his wife prefer a more calm a aesthetic, as the whole house is in white tones. The light colors surely create a peaceful atmosphere for the lovebirds.

Iskra Lawrence ($5 Million) - New Jersey, $1.4 Million

Model and social media star Iskra Lawrence has been making all the right noise in the industry. She is already the face and body for the intimate wear brand Aerie and has also worked for other lingerie lines like Adore me.

She is doing so well that she has decided to leave her American base in New Jersey and switch it to one in California. The New Jersey place is a comfy Gold Coast townhome with a custom athletic room, a rooftop deck, a spacious garage, and a media room for Instagram shoots. The place is listed for $1.4 million.

Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis ($275 Million) - California, $10 Million

The admirable Hollywood sweethearts Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are amazing; not only do we find their talent incredible, but we also applaud the pair’s excellent taste for exquisite housing. The couple’s $10 million beach home is a beauty to behold, to say the least. Most angles of the house give a perfect view of the shore without missing a thing.

It’s of essence to cite the couple’s newly acquired farmhouse in LA too, that sits on six-acre soil, and is a fusion of vintage and modern architectural design.

Sarah Jessica Parker ($200 Million) – New York, $15 Million

Sarah Jessica Parker is one name you must be familiar with. She is one of the most famous women on the cast of the HBO show "S*x and The City." She also made a comeback in 2021 to reprise her role in its reboot, "And Just Like That…."

Parker's mansion is a 4,182-square-feet townhouse on Charles Street. Its décor is mainly traditional, with a wooden floor, white marble worktops, and a fireplace. Sadly, Parker sold the property in January 2021 for $15 million. Still, her new home on West 11th Street is no cottage.

Kristin Davis ($35 Million) – Los Angeles, $5.3 Million

Remember Kristin Davis from "S*x and the City?" No? Well, you should! The actress came into the limelight for her seven-year role as Charlotte York Goldenblatt on the HBO comedy series. She also reprised her role in the 2021 reboot "And just like that...."

When Davis is not coming at trolls who try to shame her, she's relaxing in her 1980s postmodern-Mediterranean villa in Brentwood. The 6,500-square-feet home comes with an interior that mirrors the most exclusive galleries in the world. It also has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and a pool and Jacuzzi, which offers a panoramic view of the canyon.

Andy Cohen ($50 Million) – New York

Andy Cohen has enjoyed a long and extensive career as a television presenter. But he expanded his portfolio by producing shows like "Top Chef" and the "Real Housewives" And what do you know? He's also credited as executive producer and host of the show's 2021 reunion. But, busy man as he is, Cohen is always ready for a bit of downtime with his son in his West Village mansion.

Interestingly, his sprawling duplex is a combination of three separate apartments in a circa 1931 building. He says the apartment makes him feel like a king, and the stunning views, lighting, and impeccable design are more than enough to convince us.

Bridget Moynahan ($25 Million) – New York, $4.6 Million

If anyone is complaining that the American procedural drama "Blue Blood" has gone past its tenth anniversary, it's not Bridget Moynahan. Instead, the actress, who's played Assistant District Attorney, Erin Reagan since the show's premiere in 2010, is more than grateful for the job security the show's provided her.

In a 2021 interview with "Glamour," she revealed that she's so lucky to be on the show because it helps her stay in New York. And our guess is, her loft-style Tribeca apartment has a lot to do with her love for the city. The condo is 2,793-square-feet with walnut flooring and double-glazed arched windows to appreciate the city's skyline better.

Ricky Gervais ($140 Million) – Hampstead, $14.58 Million

Ricky Gervais took the world by storm when he joined the English comedy circuit in the late '90s. And with a lot of television credits and awards to his name, it's obvious he's found his calling. And if he has to pause his live shows to stop the occasional fight as he did in 2021, it's all part of the job.

Out of "The Office," home for Gervais is an eight-bedroom London mansion with a summer house, a massive pool, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. Considering that he shares the space with his partner, Jane Fallon, the bright pink statement wall and dollhouse in one of the rooms requires no explanation.

Trevor Noah ($100 Million) – Los Angeles, $27.5 Million

Trevor Noah reigns supreme as host of the satirical news show, "The Daily Show." But, of course, it goes without saying that he's come a long way from his start as host of the YFM radio show, "Noah's Ark." Noah doesn't own an ark, sadly. But he makes up for it with his $27.5 million Bel Air mansion.

The 11,375-square-feet home has an open layout which lets in a lot of natural light. It also boasts an indoor gym, a sauna, and a screening room. However, Noah may have set his mind on a different place to call home, according to "SFGATE," who reported he'd listed the mansion for sale.

Rod Stewart ($300 Million) – England, $6.2 Million

Having established himself as a timeless icon in the music industry, Rod Stewart has a lot to show that success is indeed a worthwhile pursuit. In fact, the "Sunday Times" Rich List of 2021 ranks him as the 12th wealthiest person in the British music industry, and that's saying something.

Having put in countless hours at the studio, it's only fitting that Stewart gets to rest his head at the Durrington House mansion in Harlow Essex. The estate has a primary country house, four self-contained cottages, and a greenhouse. It also rivals a royal palace with its ornate furniture and vintage décor.

Hilary Duff ($25 Million) – Beverly Hills

Hilary Duff has come a long way from her Lizzy McGuire days. As a successful actress, musician, and now businesswoman, it almost seems impossible that she'd add the title of author to her repertoire. But she has, first with her New York Times Bestseller, "Elixir" and later its sequels, "Devoted" and "True." In 2021, she welcomed her third child, Mae James.

Interestingly, the welfare of her children spurred her move to the 5,260-square-foot Georgian-style mansion in Beverly Hills. As a designer herself, Duff put a lot of care into the home's interior. But she took care to pick out reusable furniture, all for the comfort of her kids, of course.

Kim Cattrall ($40 Million) – Hamptons, $2.9 Million

Kim Cattrall is best known for playing Samantha Jones in "S*x and The City." But she's also the executive producer of the Fox drama "Filthy Rich," which she starred in. And though many fans wondered why she didn't feature in the 2021 SATC reboot, it appears the cast and the crew also wished she was on set with them.

Cattrall owns a one-story beach-front home in Gardiner's Bay. The house provides an unobstructed view of the water and Gardiner's Island. And ordinarily, the interior with its wood flooring and minimalist design might make for somewhat monotonous decor, but Cattrall spruced it up with unique furniture and the most colorful artworks.

Charlie Puth ($25 Million) – Beverly Hills, $9 Million

We love our YouTube stars turned artists, and Charlie Puth is definitely on that list. If anyone has mastered the art of dropping hit singles, it's Puth. In 2021, we saw him collaborate with Elton John on "After All." But even superstars are not immune to body-shaming, as Puth had to stand up to comments on his physique.

At least when he goes to sleep at night, it's in his Beverly Hills mansion designed by none other than British architect Rex Lotery. While lots of space and natural light are nothing to scoff at, the split-level abode also boasts a spacious pool with a fantastic view of the canyon.

Ryan Seacrest ($450 Million) – Los Angeles, $74.5 Million

Ryan Seacrest is a famous face on American television. You can't miss him on the talk show, "Live with Kelly and Ryan," which airs on weekdays. In 2021, Seacrest renewed his contract with "iHeartMedia," so his radio hosting days are far from over. Feel free to catch up with him on the daily syndicated "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" or the weekly "American Top 40 with Ryan Seacrest."

Seacrest makes his home in a 9,500-square-feet Manhattan Townhouse. The luxurious pad has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a master suite. He also fitted the apartment with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful artwork to provide a thoroughly modern feel.

Drew Barrymore ($125 Million) – Hamptons, $5.5 Million

Drew Barrymore is Hollywood royalty thanks to her last name's long history and her own hard work. So, it's only fitting that the "Charlie's Angels" star also has a home that reflects her status and $125 million fortune. According to Hello! magazine, she lives in a luxurious Hamptons home with her two daughters.

Bought for $5.5 million—with some sources reporting $5.97 million—, the property offers her family 5,600 square feet of living space. It was built during the '20s and features vintage design elements like cathedral ceilings and brick fireplaces. Safe to say, it's a peaceful refuge for Barrymore as she shoots "The Drew Barrymore Show" in nearby New York City in 2021.

Kate Hudson ($80 Million) – California, $5.3 Million

Kate Hudson has indeed come a long way in life. Stepping out of her famous mother Goldie Hawn's shadow, she managed to make a name for herself as an actress and the owner of the activewear brand Fabletics. She's also built an $80 million fortune, which she's used for buying two Pacific Palisades mansions located right next to each other.

She bought the second one in 2011 for $5.3 million, according to Business Insider. It covers 8,000 square feet, comes with its own swimming pool and a separate shed (pictured above). Hudson continues to reside there with her three children and her partner Danny Fujikawa in 2021.

Nicole Kidman ($250 Million) – Los Angeles, $4.7 Million

With an eye-popping fortune worth $250 million, Nicole Kidman can definitely afford to buy up expensive properties all over the world. One of the residences in her collection is a $4.7 million home in Beverly Hills that she bought with her husband, Keith Urban.

According to Business Insider, the residence has five bedrooms spread across 3,977 square feet. Photos of the place also show that it has an in-ground pool and a wrap-around deck, making it the perfect home for enjoying California's sunny weather. Kidman and her family live in their equally opulent farm in Australia, though, as per a 2021 Hello! magazine report.

Ashley Benson ($6 Million) – Los Angeles, $2.7 Million

In 2020, Ashley Benson of "Pretty Little Liars" fame made a $4.5 million investment in a home in the Los Feliz neighborhood. This comes after she offloaded her Los Angeles residence in 2017 for $2.7 million. That said, it seems like she really knows how to manage her $6 million fortune!

Going back to Benson's former digs, the French Normandy-style estate was once home to the likes of singer Kylie Minogue. And it's not hard to see why the charming residence attracted its fair share of stars thanks to its sleek kitchen, turreted entrance, and chic dining room.

Kate Middleton ($10 Million) - London, $2.4 Million

As a bachelorette, Kate Middleton enjoyed a comfortable life in her $2.4 million flat in London before she emerged as the Duchess of Cambridge and moved to a twenty-room apartment in Kensington Palace. The building sits on Old Church Street, and it features a classic interior design, an adjoining living and dining room, reasonably comfortable for a single lady.

Even though the Duchess and the sister now occupy beautiful homes with their family, we are impressed with the entire makeup of their two-story apartment. It is far from being ordinary.

Pippa Middleton ($50 Million) - Chelsea, $20.25 Million

Pippa Middleton is the younger sister of The Duchess of Cambridge. She’s married to her billionaire husband James Matthew, former race driver. It’s no doubt that the couple is keen on detail, which explains why they spent over $1.2 million for renovations on their mansion.

The duo has a history of residing in sophisticated apartments as their previous dwellings, so it is not alarming that they can afford to live in a mansion worth over $20 million. We reckon they switched their interest up to accommodate their children too. For a five-story villa, we can expect its features are nothing short of exquisite.

Tony Robbins ($600 Million) – Florida, $24.75 Million

Tony Robbins became a famous author thanks to the numerous best-selling self-help books he's written. With a net worth of $600 million, investing in a luxury home was relatively easy for this motivational speaker. One of the writer's houses is in Manalapan, Florida, which he purchased back in 2013 for nearly $25 million.

The Georgian-style property stands on a 2-acre lot, has six bedrooms, and 171 feet of water frontage, quite reminiscent of Tony's beautiful home in Fiji. Admittedly, the famous life coach moved to Florida because it was a no income tax state. Now that's a smart move!

Adele ($200 Million) – Beverly Hills, $10.7 Million

Hit song maker Adele is chasing pavements in Beverly Hills as she now owns two houses just across from each other. The lovely singer’s most recent purchase is a sleek modern home with a whopping $10.7 million price tag.

This extravagant property has five spacious bedrooms, six bathrooms, a library, an art studio, and a large pool in a landscaped garden, just enough for the lady and her son to enjoy. Meanwhile, Adele’s ex-husband is rumored to be living in her other Los Angeles home that she bought in 2016, all thanks to her exceptional music career.

Billy Joel ($250 Million) – Long Island, $33 Million

After iconic musician Billy Joel sold his Florida home for nearly $17 million in 2018, he went back to Long Island. He lived there in a massive secluded estate.

The famous singer-songwriter paid $33 million for the gated mansion with five bedrooms, two guest houses, an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a bowling alley and tennis court. Being a pro in the real estate business, Joel made many renovations to the residence and put it on the market, but it is yet to be sold. Where could this revered pianist be off to next?

Cindy Crawford ($200 Million) – Miami Beach, $9.6 Million

When American supermodel Cindy Crawford married her businessman husband, their joint net worth rose to $400 million. Like many other celebrities, the couple invested in real estate properties. Their most recent purchase is a waterfront home in Miami Beach worth $9.625 million, which they bought at the end of 2020. What a year-ender!

Their five-bedroom house is tucked in an exclusive area and boasts unobstructed bay views plus over a 100 feet water frontage. Aside from this luxurious abode, the former models also own a lake cottage, a Beverly Hills mansion, and a Malibu home, which served as their family’s sanctuary during the pandemic.

Conan O'Brien ($150 Million) - California, $20 Million

Legendary comedian, writer, and TV host Conan O'Brien is currently the longest active late-night host. He has also made his name as one of the most successful talk-show hosts in modern television!

After his well-known ups and downs within the show business industry, Conan lives comfortably in his $20 million Pacific Palisades home. In 2011 he purchased the property from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner, Ed Glazer. The beloved host now lives in the exceptionally wealthy neighborhood among the likes of Hollywood greats like Sir Patrick Stewart, Matt LeBlanc, and Adam Sandler!

Conor McGregor ($300 Million) - Dublin, $2.3 Million

As the wealthiest mixed martial artist in UFC history, Conor McGregor has more than enough to splash on his new $2.3 million dream house in his home country of Ireland. He's got quite the digs!

In 2019 Conor dropped a hefty sum for a beautiful five-bedroom mansion in the city of Dublin. There, he keeps himself entertained with a game room that you can only imagine the size of and a front lawn fit to (literally) ride horses! And of course, Conor's mansion also includes a state-of-the-art personal gym to ensure that the double champ remains firmly among the best fighters in the world.

Selena Gomez ($75 Million) - Los Angeles, $4.9 Million

Selena Gomez purchased her $4.9 million LA mansion from Tom Petty. The building is over 11,000 ft tall. Some of its features are; six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a massage room, and an in-house studio, pretty convenient for the star to simultaneously host family and get work done!

One can’t deny that Selena is a woman of many gifts, and we applaud her strength and skill. The famous singer and actor started securing the bag at a very young age, and it’s not surprising that she can gain property of this caliber without pressure.

Angelina Jolie ($120 Million) – Loz Feliz, $25 Million

Angelina Jolie is one of the most famous names globally, so it’s no surprise that all her previous roles have brought her a ton of earnings. That is why it was easy for Angelina to acquire her gorgeous $25 million home in 2017.

She purchased the 2.1-acre estate in California so that her six children could be close to their dad, Brad Pitt. The property’s luxe features, including an outdoor pool, gym, library, and rich history, sealed the deal for her. Real estate records show that the mansion was once home to legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, making it a fitting abode for this present-day industry icon!

Britney Spears ($215 Million) - California, $7 Million

Britney Spears commenced her career at a very young age, and many began to recognize her thanks to The Mickey Mouse Club. She began to make money starting from there, and dreamt about making a lavish lifestyle for herself and her children.

One of Britney’s prominent estates was located in California; a large house with playrooms, a big garden area, and a swimming pool. Initially, she was selling the home for $8.9 million. But later, Brithney sold it for $7 million and moved to another place in the same neighborhood.

Men In Black, The Pursuit of Happyness, and I Am Legend are just a few blockbusters on the long list of Will Smith's hit movies. The A-lister's earnings made it possible for him to build a $42 million mansion in Calabasas.

The 150-acre property prides itself on nine bedrooms, an 8-car garage, a movie theatre, a private recording studio, and even its own zip code! Hollywood power couple Will and Jada spent seven years building their empire, and both were very involved with the entire process. The duo now enjoys the place with their children Trey, Jaden, Willow, and all the guests coming to Jada's hit show, Red Table Talk.

The British broadcaster and nature historian is renowned for hosting some of the most iconic nature shows such as the BBC's life series, Blue Planet, Netflix's Our Planet, and he also started shooting Green Planet in 2020.

So it's fitting that he has a home that is also a wildlife haven with an animal theme where he once kept monkeys, snakes, lemurs, and chameleons. In 2009, he bought an adjacent pub next-door to stop developers from turning it into a block of flats. He has lived in the house for 58 years.

She also built up a substantial net worth of $440 million, which means the $13.2 million she spent on the 12.5-acre property in 2007. She then had the whole structure demolished and had a 16,993 square foot mansion with nine-bedroom, 8.5 Bathroom built in its place.

It used to be Selleck's apartment, although Selleck didn't want it to look anything like that, so he brought in interior designer James Blakeley III to turn the 1,800 square foot condo into a sophisticated Edwardian inspired home, most of which was inspired by his new British bride.
